By accessing or using clawy.pro ("Service"), operated by clawy.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
clawy.pro provides a cloud-based platform for deploying and managing AI-powered Telegram bot agents. The Service includes bot hosting, AI model access (via third-party providers such as Anthropic and Fireworks AI), web search capabilities, email integration, and related features.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account using third-party authentication providers (Google, Twitter, or cryptocurrency wallet). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers subscription plans (Pro, Pro+, MAX, FLEX) with a 14-day free trial. Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe or USDC on-chain payments. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Platform credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
If payment fails or your subscription lapses, your bot may be suspended. You will receive advance notice before any suspension occurs. Data is retained for 30 days after subscription termination to allow reactivation.
New users receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the selected plan's features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
If you provide your own API keys (BYOK plan), you are solely responsible for the usage, costs, and compliance with the respective provider's terms. We encrypt stored API keys using AES-256-GCM but are not liable for any third-party service disruptions or charges.
Content generated by your bot through the Service is produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and moderating your bot's outputs.
AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You agree not to present AI-generated outputs as human-authored work in contexts where such distinction is legally required.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Messages you send through your bot are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. While we encrypt stored data and isolate bot containers, you should not share highly sensitive information (e.g., government ID numbers, financial account credentials) through the bot.
You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create on the platform. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, branding, and infrastructure. The Service uses OpenClaw, an open-source bot framework, under its respective license.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clawy.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your bot will be deactivated and associated data will be deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clawy.pro and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
